Frequently Asked Questions
Will we be able to swap out items which we don't like?
No; all of our veg boxes are identical in size and content. This is because our staff team is very small and it is vital to keep our admin work as minimal as possible. By making all the boxes identical, delivery becomes much quicker and easier, thereby keeping costs down. If, however, you would like to buy a more personalised selection of produce from us, then you can do so via our collection service.
Do you deliver to areas other than Hastings?
No, we only deliver to Fairlight, Ore, Hastings and St Leonards. If you live outside these areas and would like to have access to our produce, we recommend coming to our shop in Fairlight. See 'Shop' page for more info.
How do I pay?
We will send you an invoice which you can pay using your bank card.
How will I know what is coming in my box?
Your invoice includes a link detailing that week's contents.
How do I pause or cancel my box?
To pause or cancel your subscription, simply email us to let us know. The deadline for cancellations is Wednesday night on delivery week. We partner with the local charity Sustenance (Food Support) in St Leonards. If you would like to donate a cancelled box to charity, simply let us know and we will deliver your box to the community kitchen instead to help reach those in most need in our local area.
