This is a cheap and cheerful pesto recipe that skips over the costly pine nuts and Parmesan for ingredients you might more ordinarily have in your kitchen. It is makes enough pesto for one meal for two people, so scale up depending on your household.

Serving ideas

Serve with 160g spaghetti, Stonelynk Organics beef tomatoes chopped on top, grated chedar and briefly boiled French beans on the side.



50g Stonelynk Organics basil

10g Olive oil

20g Salted roasted peanuts

20g Cheddar

10g Vinegar (of your choice)

0.5tsp Sugar

Salt, pepper, and chilli flakes if you fancy it


Whizz all the ingredients together in a blender
